A great opportunity to invite a yoga teacher to your office, training or summer days

A yoga class is a good change to the working week, because it helps to relieve tension, increases the ability to concentrate and improves the mood. The length of the yoga lesson is either 60, 75 or 90 minutes, depending on your wish. The prerequisite for holding a yoga class is the availability of a larger surface (for example, a meeting room), while it is also possible to adapt the yoga training in such a way that it does not require special clothing from the participants and the training can be carried out while sitting on a chair. The class starts at 200 €, fuel costs and yoga mat rent will be added if necessary. Teacher Reelika Rohtmaa has participated in international trainings in India, England, Austria and elsewhere. In Estonia, she has been sharing what she has learned in yoga classes since 2009.

You can also invite a yoga teacher to conduct a different kind of training for your team — a relaxation day. The training includes a lecture and practical yoga exercises. The lecture talks about how to deal with stress and tension and explains the nature of yoga. After the lecture, there is an opportunity to experience the healing effects of yoga yourself. If you wish, you can also learn cooking healthy vegetarian food and/or conduct a meditation workshop on the relaxation day.

You have the opportunity to choose between two different vegetarian food classes: Indian vegetarian food or Italian vegetarian food.

The Indian vegetarian menu is classic: rice (basmati, brown or red), dhal - lentil soup, subji - vegetables with spices. We can also prepare chutneys, or spicy Indian sauces, and Indian desserts. I will teach you how to make clarified butter or ghee. Besides the practical part, I can also talk a little theory: what is Ayurvedic food, plus concepts like three gunas, three doshas and six tastes. We will also learn about all the main Indian spices and show how to use them correctly.

On the menu of the Italian vegetarian cuisine (in fact, European vegetarian cuisine in general) you can choose between the following dishes:

  • bruschettas
  • pasta, lasagna or ravioli from homemade pasta dough
  • risotto
  • puree soup
  • lentil dish with rosemary
  • hummus
  • falafels
  • fresh salad
  • tiramisu

It can be a fun way to spend time with friends or organize a special event with colleagues. If you have any suggestions regarding the menu, know that I am always open to good ideas!

  • We start the training day with a Hatha yoga class. The Hatha yoga class prepares both the physical body and the mind for meditation practice.
  • In the meditation lecture, we open the treasure chest of ancient yoga wisdom and talk about what meditation really is and how to get there. Meditation gives a sense of peace, quiets the anxious mind, makes us more sensitive and intuitive, and brings us to the present moment. A true meditative state is much more than that. The lecture is followed by practice.
  • We have hearty vegetarian food for lunch.
  • Next we will talk about mantras in more detail. How mantras help in meditation, how to choose and use them and what is mantra consecration. The lecture is followed by practice.
  • We end the training with deep relaxation at every level, which is given to us by the practice of yoga nidra (yogic sleep).
