Tufting Workshop - It's Better Than TikTok!

Are you looking for a special creative and satisfying activity with your friends or colleagues? Come to the tufted carpet workshop and unleash your carpet!

In fact, a very old embroidery technique is fast and available thanks to the electric gun, the result is ready in hours and the preparatory work is done by an experienced craftsman. At the end of the workshop, the participant will take home a wealth of knowledge and their first hand-tufted, finished and cleaned handicraft carpet. This workshop is perfect for a birthday, girls' night out or as an introduction to a company party. Don't let the threads wait!

We offer teams and groups of friends 4-hour tufting sessions on average, during which a unique carpet is made (about A3 size, longer side up to 40 cm), and a good feeling from a pleasant activity is guaranteed. It is also possible to work on one rug in various ways. Each participant is invited to the workshop with his own design, recommendations and advice for the design will be sent to the participants a few days before the workshop. It's okay if you can't make a design, you can be creative and improvise on the spot!

If necessary, the workshop will be conducted in parallel in Estonian and English. Those interested in English speaking are welcome to participate.

The workshop is guided by an experienced craftsman with long-term experience in designing and making tufted carpets. Every question gets an answer!

NB! No prior knowledge is necessary, the workshop is suitable for everyone, regardless of gender and age, and everyone goes home with their first tufted rug!

The cost of the workshop is 145 eur/person and it includes expert and dedicated guidance, all the necessary materials and tools to make your first tufted carpet, if necessary, primary personal protective equipment (apron and headphones) and packaging material for taking your fresh soft work of art home comfortably. Just unleash your carpet!

The tufted carpet workshop can also be ordered outside of Tallinn. We drive with the equipment to exactly the point in Estonia where you want to do tufting. In this case, the cost of transport is added to the price.

To make the evening more pleasant, we offer the following selection of food and drinks:

• Coffee break with a sweet bite (coffee-tea-flavored water, cookies-sweets, fruits)
• Coffee break with a salty bite (coffee-tea-flavored water, fresh pretzel, cookies-candy, fruit)
• Charcuterie platter and a glass of wine (classic charcuterie platter, red or white wine, water)
• A selection of snacks and a bottle of beer (nice selection of beer snacks, craft beer, water)
• A selection of quality mini snacks that includes both salty and sweet bites.

NB! You can also come with your own food and drinks, the possibility of using dishes on the spot.

Naked Island is a modern creative laboratory and learning center with an open mind at the beginning of Paljassaare, only 15 minutes by car from the heart of the city. It is a great place to bring your employees-colleagues to organize a memorable and productive team day, development event or company party. We can organize a meeting-discussion-seminar-party, order additional coffee breaks-lunch, and offer our team memorable creative trainings very different from the usual work. Yes, you are welcome to combine a working meeting-seminar and creative training. In this case, the rental price of the seminar room is added to the workshop fee of 30 eur/h (daytime) or 40 eur/h (evening) for extra time.

In our large seminar room, we can host up to 50 people, organize creative training-workshops for up to 30, but more people can definitely dance!
