AHHAA Seminar Rooms – the ideal venue for conferences, seminars, and product presentations!
Located in the heart of Tartu, we offer seminar rooms of various sizes to support both lectures and group work. Everything necessary for hosting a hybrid conference is available on-site, along with required technical equipment (projector, screen, flipchart, markers, audio equipment).
There are two main rooms to choose from:
- Lektoorium (133 m², up to 150 participants): A spacious room with a relaxed atmosphere for large conferences or training sessions.
Price list:- 59 € / hour
- 295 € / day (10-19)
- Seminar room Apollo (65 m², up to 50 participants): An inspiring room for smaller events.
Price list:- 48 € / hour
- 240 € / day (10-19)
Additional Information
- Free parking all day in the AHHAA car park for all participants.
- Catering is provided by the Newton Café located in the AHHAA centre. Contact: info@kohviknewton.ee (or tel 5380 8194).
- If the room is rented for the whole day, the AHHAA ticket for seminar participants is only 10 €.
- Breaks can be filled with pre-booked science theatre shows, workshops, or competitive team games.
- After 19:00, a 50% surcharge applies to the room rental.
- AHHAA holds the international Green Key eco-label, ensuring environmentally friendly event management.
