Handicrafts workshop
Vivendi conducts craft workshops at company events all over Estonia. The duration, content and number of instructors of the workshops depends on the wishes of the client, the topic of the event, the participants (women-men; children-adults) and the number of participants.
Possibilities from the workshop structure side:- making a specific item and have the same start and end time for everyone, several can take place in a row;
- with a selection of several different items over a period of time for everyone to participate exactly when they want.
Over the years, the duration of our workshops has varied from 1 hour to 9 hours. The last one was at an event that took place throughout the day, where there were thousands of participants and Vivendi held 3 different workshops in which people could participate according to their wishes during the day. For 1-hour workshops, the topic is usually about making a very specific item for everyone at the same time. On average, however, the workshops are 3-5 hours long.
We offer a very wide selection of manual activities for the content of the workshops, which are mainly based on the materials we use, which are mainly WOOD, PAPER, CARDBOARD, YARNS, FABRICS, LEATHER, PARAFFIN, etc. In addition to Christmas-themed workshops, over the years we have had, for example, such topics as: circus, magic, recycling, hippie, friendship, military, Olympics, sauna, rock, peasants, travel, dreams, home, sustainable lifestyle, green turn, fairy tales, Eurovision, etc.
The number of instructors depends on how many participants are planned for the event and other activities at the same time. The price of the workshop depends on all the above, and we make a specific offer for each workshop.However, some sample prices for workshops located all over Estonia:
- about 50 people, 2 hours, 1 instructor - about €400-450
- 100-150 people, 3 hours, 2 instructors - about €700-750.
- about 350 people, 4 hours, 4 instructors - about €1300-1400.
- about 1500 people, 8 hours, 6 instructors - about €3500-3700.
- about 100 people, 20 items in workshops, 5 workshops of about 30 minutes in 3 hours, 2 instructors - about €650-700.

In addition, you can bring your own snacks to the gathering.The price of the workshop starts from €350 (VAT is not included or added) Payment based on the invoice, 50% in advance and 50% after the workshop. If the workshop takes place elsewhere in Tallinn, €50 will be added, if outside Tallinn, the cost of transport will be added.
The best time for a team workshop is usually Mon-Fri 9-17 or Fri-Sun at any time, but you can always ask about weekday evenings.
